Although my daughter’s counselor was very nice, the front desk/ billing needs to learn how to do their jobs correctly. Brought my daughter to her first appt in January. Was told I did not have a copay. TODAY MAY 1,2020 I receive a bill saying I owe a copay for that first appt back in January that I specifically asked if she had a copay or not and was told no. Recommendedone of the best I ever experienced
The Conselor that I saw was really good. David was really professional and I would have liked to stay for more unfortunately I can't. However, the receptionist, the one who schedules the appointment began to get rude during our conversation. At first I tried to be understanding because I know we all had bad days at work but then when I tried explaining to her my financial situation she told me if I Work more that 40hrs a week I could afford conseling.
