Once again agents try to bully Pre-Approved potential buyers into signing unnecessary contracts when simply viewing homes. I called the listing agent of a property to see a home. I stated I would like to view the property as a Pre-Approved buyer with her. She stated she represents the seller. I stated I am well aware of that.
