Really bad experience with Danielle Mancini. Very outdated and unprofessional company. She breached contract multiple times during the transaction, she did not understand contracts and my agent had to repeatedly educate her on the transaction process, and was constantly late or completely absent in communication. Really felt like she was trying to get us to not close on the property she was selling. Amanda Bishop was the most amazing person to work with. She was efficient, so knowledgable, and had fantastic communication. I can not reccomend her enough!
Debbie was amazing. We had moved out of state before putting our house on the market. She handled the many details of selling our house. Her communication skills were excellent and she was quick to respond to our questions. Our house sold in 2.5 days for the full price. Debbie handled everything for us. We highly recommend using Debbie as your realtor. Her knowledge, experience and dedication to her clients is commendable.
Once again agents try to bully Pre-Approved potential buyers into signing unnecessary contracts when simply viewing homes. I called the listing agent of a property to see a home. I stated I would like to view the property as a Pre-Approved buyer with her. She stated she represents the seller. I stated I am well aware of that. I stated I would sign a non-representative agreement with a consumer notice to view the property and emailed my Pre-approval from Wells Fargo.
