Michelle was amazing. She was very caring, patient, and genuinely attentive. She asked great questions, took the time to understand my symptoms, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism.
1st visit to this facility. The waiting area, reat room and exam room are very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel more like a friend than a number. Michelle was 1 of the best friendliest nurses that went above and beyond. If u need a blood draw she was great almost felt nothing. The doctor was kind and informative. This is a great urgent care i would revisit if needed!
I went to urgent care today because my son wasn’t feeling well, and as any parent knows, that can be a really stressful and emotional experience. From the moment we walked in, Nordia and Michelle made us feel genuinely cared for and at ease. This place is quite ridiculous. I came in yesterday, and the lady at the front desk told me that my insurance was inactive. I was very surprised because I had already contacted my insurance company beforehand and confirmed that everything was set up correctly. To be sure, I called my insurance company again today, and they confirmed that my coverage was active the entire time. That makes me question why I was told otherwise. Amazing! Booked early this morning since pediatrician office is closed and toddler wasn’t feeling well. Many available appointments. Easy to book! We were seen in under 10 mins of arrival and the doctor came in very quickly! Did all necessary tests right in the office and had us on our way! The staff were all great! Highly recommend!
