I’m so thankful for Everyday Superheroes and Dr. Catherine in particular. She’s been helping me navigate the highest highs and lowest lows of postpartum all while moving through immense grief due to the tragic loss of family members. It can be hard finding the right therapist, not everyone is the right fit. I’m so so grateful to have found Everyday Superheroes and Dr. Catherine, the care she provides is just what I need!

Utterly disappointing and harmful experience with Everyday Superheroes Coaching / Therapy Group. Not only did they lack basic communication when I needed support the most, but I was also told I needed six months of visits just to get documentation—if I had known that upfront, I never would have gone on FMLA and would have just waited. On top of that, the therapist, Jacquline, was constantly late to sessions and would be feeding her baby, which was completely distracting. Not to mention cut my sessions 10 min early. Sacred is a wonderful person, but is also a very talented therapist, businesswoman, entrepreneur, and an overall great lady! I'm always so impressed with her - she has a lot of energy, a clear vision for the future, always puts clients at the heart and center of everything she does, and she's a remarkable woman. I just took a class with WE Connect that Sacred led. It was Overcoming Imposter Syndrome. It was absolutely magic in terms of the content as well as experiencing all the greatness that makes up Sacred! I even given the gift to work with her 1 on 1 for 5 minutes. I had tears of release as well as inspiration to draw more balance into my business building. She intuitively picked up on things I did not even say. I am so grateful for the introduction to Sacred and I know this is just a stepping stone.
