Love this place! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Lots of space and a verity of machines to use. But, the best of all I would have to say is the classes. If your looking for a good workout and good company tryout one of the many classes offered.
Finally faced my fears head on today and went to the gym!! Lol!! From the moment I stepped in the door I felt nothing but positive energy! Friendly and motovating staff who genuinely want to see all people succeed, no matter what level your starting at. Absolutely no judgments! What a relief!! Super friendly people! The classes are super fun! You get to workout together to push for the better! And you get a good laugh sometimes and always get a sweat in!!!!
