Great spin studio! Love the Saturday morning class!
I just had a great first experience with cycling at Everybody Cycle! I had never attended a spin class - ever - and felt very welcomed. During the class the instructor made it clear to just bring your best, even though I was slower and stayed in the seat on hills. Very high energy and fun place! I didn't make it through the class, and they recognized right away I needed help, and they made safety a priority! Thank you!
I have been to a few classes now and I truly enjoy this place so much. I’m just starting out on my fitness journey and each trainer and employee has been nothing but kind as I’m trying to figure it all out. I’m a much bigger body than most riders I ride with, but haven’t felt excluded or pressured to do things I physically can’t. I find myself WORKING during the 45 min class and cursing “why am I doing this” and the moment it’s over, I’m like “I did it!!!” It’s incredibly empowering and I would recommend to anyone.
