I'm so grateful to Natalie and Every Word Matters for her help with my son's language and artic concerns. As a Latin family, we appreciate her cultural perspective and her expertise in targeting concerns in both English and Spanish. In addition to her professionalism, she is the sweetest person and my son and I will miss seeing her weekly.
My son has been receiving speech therapy for almost a year now. We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention ms.Zoe gives our boy. He looks forward to therapy every week and loves “Teacher Zoe.” She has been such a huge influence in my son’s life. My daughter started with Every Word matters when she was 18 months old, we began seeing Natalie twice a week. Natalie respected that our first language & primary language spoken at home was Spanish & although my daughter was also learning English she respected my wishes of continuing therapy in Spanish only. We love Zoe. My daughter is talking more now and wants to go to speech. Zoe works with an individual and personalized approach and has a calm/pleasant demeanor that allows kids to talk to her easily. My daughter use to get bored but not with Zoe. She keeps it progressive and fun.
