This practice is compassionate, supportive and professional. My child sees Ryan Kilbane and has just received a vast improvement in his report card at school, and behavior reports from his teachers. He’s more confident, happy, and motivated and we want to thank Every Rose Psychiatry for helping us navigate medication management in conjunction with behavior therapy!
Giving one star for their billing coordinator, Sarah ONLY. Most of the other practitioners are AMAZING. Sarah? She is extremely rude, demeaning, and unprofessional. There was an issue with my form of payment every single time they ran it, however my card worked at any other place of business. It also worked when I did the payment in the portal, so it seems to be an issue on their end. NOT GOOD! Highly recommend moving on to the next business. This one will cancel and fill your appointment in minutes without considering the severity. We are asking the Better Business Bureau to start an investigation. We will be auditing this practice as well.

Very disappointed with the lack of compassion, communication, and individualized care I received from this company. When I first began treatment, I was prescribed a low dose of Lexapro, which made me violently ill. I understood that finding the right medication can involve trial and error, but when I reached out to report the severe side effects, I was told I would need to wait until my next appointment to address it, though a note would be sent to my provider.
