Very disappointed with the lack of compassion, communication, and individualized care I received from this company. When I first began treatment, I was prescribed a low dose of Lexapro, which made me violently ill. I understood that finding the right medication can involve trial and error, but when I reached out to report the severe side effects, I was told I would need to wait until my next appointment to address it, though a note would be sent to my provider. I have had severe anxiety disorder for many years until recently this became absolutely paralyzing to the effect of almost never leaving my house. I needed help and I found it here. They are professional yet personable, highly attentive listening to all my questions and concerns, and offering various treatment options/pathways with evidence based practice for both pharmacological vs. non-pharmacological.

I have two sub par experiences with Kristen at this practice. My first appointment they cancelled on me day of and didn’t contact to tell me so I showed up to my appointment and no one was at the building or answering their phone. Second time I had a virtual appointment and completely dropped the ball and forgot about it and no one even attempted to contact me and just billed me a $100 no show fee.
