Great customer care and attention making sure all is working properly for the right season! Ruben did a thorough job, and even though certain surprising costs arose for preventive maintenance...made sense to do and save more in the long run. I recommend this business establishment for those searching in heating and cooling system care. Thank you.
Four Seasons came out immediately and addressed my leaking compressor coil problem. After they determined that the coil was under warranty, they called me (same day as the first appointment) and scheduled another appointment two days later to replace the coil. All of the work was at a more-than-fair price, and Rueben (the A/C tech) spent as much time as needed to ensure the job was done right, with no refrigerant leaks. He even took time to show me a few tips on how to better maintain the unit. Thank you Four Seasons!!!
For the most part I am very happy with them. I would have given them 5 stars but I need to get a hold of them big time and they have no emergency number. So four hours after getting my air fix it breaks down 30 minutes after they close (on a Friday) with no way of getting in touch with anyone till Monday. So I'm in 81 degree temp inside my house. Not happy right now.
