Where should I begin, ok here we go. I was coming for weekly manicures and bi weekly pedicures/ waxing for years. Under a wonderful management company. Then everything changed. I would come in and it was messy unorganized always running late. One woman cut my finger nail it was bleeding. Then I had a Brazilian wax which was really a bikini wax but I was charged more. Very bad eyebrow wax It took her twenty minutes. She said she had trouble seeing because of the poor lightning.She didn't seem to know what she was doing. After twenty minutes I had to leave even though my eyebrows were still very untamed and bushy. She asked if I was ok with the wax,but I was just done

There is a huge sign on the wall that says “Walk in welcome” … but I was refused of an eyebrow wax since I did not have an appointment. Which is obviously understandable, but they could have saved me the embarrassment by not having the walk in sign. I’ve been here once before, and I wasn’t completely happy with the way my eyebrows came out, thought I’d give it a second try. But after this I don’t think I’ll return
