Truly disappointed with the customer service. Reached out about a missing item, was basically told to bad to sad and given the finger. I guess it’s time to move on to other company.
This beard butter is marketed as a premium product, but it’s trash : This beard butter has: • Water as the first ingredient → super diluted • Cheap fillers (cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol) → gives “smoothness” but doesn’t deeply moisturize • Shea Butter + Cocoa Butter are in there, but not in high enough concentration to actually condition your beard • No real growth ingredients • No ingredients that actually soften coarse beard hair long-term Your beard feels the same because this product is basically a scented lotion, not ... read more
