Decided to try cold pressed bar soap and I instantly was hooked. You guys got a great product for a great price in Canada.
They take your money but you don't get the product. Worst customer service ever and based on reading others’ reviews, I'm not alone in this experience of dismissiveness and barrage of excuses coming from Every Man Jack for its poor products, operations, and customer service. I never got my package and Customer Care / Alyssa's response was basically Too bad, you should have purchased the insurance. Awesome Social Media Team! I Messaged them about a Product they no longer have had in stores. I asked if it would be coming back, they said as of now it wasn't. I expressed my opinion about it, and explained why I loved it. They immediately went out of their way to send some old stock they had. That was a pretty awesome thing to do! They even sent them FedEx Express. I had to give a shout out to whomever on the EMJ team made this happen! 🙏 Thanks Again!
