I hired Jeff to be at my home today at 11:00. He left a voicemail that he was delayed and would be here at noon. I texted him at 1:00 asking for an ETA, I left a voicemail at 2:00 asking if my home was going to be washed today, I left the same voicemail at 3:00 and a final at 4:00. I have yet to have even a text of explanation. It is 6:26 PM and this is beyond rude and disrespectful. My time is as valuable as yours and I don't appreciate you wasting a day I had off work!
Jeff was contracted to power wash our home and deck railing. He did a good job on the house but forgot to do the deck rails. He verified he had this in his notes but since the guys were already packed up he stated and I quote, "I will be back to finish the railing on Friday, your going to have to trust me." I am the owner of this company and would like to comment on the negative review i received. my ad specifies a two story house is $169. When we arrived we realized it was well over 4200 Sq. ft. and she insisted we did it for the $169 which i have done many times before for people but this customer was a customer that I felt could not be satisfied so I refused service--This was my FIRST and ONLY service refusal in 8 years. Jeff and company came today to power wash our house. The house looks amazing! We had lots of mold growing on the front and it was filthy all under the soffits. Now it is clear and so much lighter it looks great. We would recommend them to anyone needing this done.
