I volunteer with Tails from the Heart dog rescue and EDD is such a valuable partner. Because the staff has always been so kind and friendly, I now take my furbabies there for grooming. We love EDD and especially Jessica M! ❤🐾
I have not posted in a while but we LOVE this place. We have a very old lab who can barely get around but they love him and make him feel great!! We have a new Frenchie, Doc Holiday! Going to play gives him some time to blow off steam and gives us a much needed break from puppy fatigue. He comes home not just tired but calmer. They were so supportive during Willie's last illness. Family.
I am very impressed. My baby started going here for daycare, he absolutely loves going, it’s nice to keep your dog active during that day, and they are very knowledgeable about health and temperament. I had him stay for a few days when we went on a cruise, I love the fact that they are open 24/7 and I can watch him from my phone. The staff are super friendly, helpful and smart. Would never recommend this place and I will never be back. I have a mini schnauzer, first time around I never got the $10 off for the first groom. Second time around scheduled for another groom ( wanted to give them a second try on the cut first time was a mess). Got a call saying they did many even put me with a groomer. Took my dog in today to get groomed I had a picture to show them. I gone to pick her up and she doesn’t even look like a schnauzer anymore. I am VERY upset and disappointed with this place.
I was very nervous about leaving my dog. Yes, I am one of those moms who call, view the cameras, email, etc.... They were super nice to my dog, and to me, I know I am a pain to deal with. Smitty was happy when I picked him up. He wasn't stressed out and had not lost weight, which is normally not the case when I leave him. They are a bit pricey but totally worth what they charge. I will board with them in the future, and recommend them to everyone.
Boarded several dogs over the past 6 years. Great service and love the 24 hour staff there in case of an emergency.
5 stars I have been bringing my baby girl Snow to Every Dog’s Day for about 2 years. The staff is really friendly and caring. We have left Snow for vacation and I bring her to daycare and give her an overnight at least once a week. Snow loves the staff and the staff loves Snow. Snow is always very well taken care of & I know she is safe .
Prepaid for services for 2 dogs. We were overcharged just over $400. We called the next day to have the overcharge refunded. It took 5 weeks to get the refund. 5 weeks. My wife and I called weekly to have the extra $400+ dollars refunded, and each time we were promised a call back from the owner and a refund. Then nothing would happen. Pay attention to your credit card statement when using this company and worse, when they do overcharge you it takes weeks and weeks before they will refund your money. Very disappointing.
