He canceled my appointment at the last minute and then I decided to cancel the appointment completely. I then changed my mind and did want him to do the job. I guess he decided to be petty and not schedule an appointment with me. Very unprofessional attitude.
Marc did an awesome job with my new car. Five year CeramicPro package with Xpel. When we needed to get the annual maintenance inspection we were very flexible with dates. On Oct 18th he cancelled our appointment for Oct 19th and we have not heard from him since despite multiple texts and voice messages. We just wanted to get the maintenance done so our five year warranty would not be invalidated - very disappointed
Mark does an amazing job. Whether you drive a Prius or a Ferrari I firmly believe he puts the same amount of detail into cleaning your car. Punctual and very conscientious!
I made an appointment but it was to rain that day so Marc asked for other days that week and the next that would work best for me. Haven't heard back and it's been 2 weeks, total of nearly a month since first contacting him. Last Friday I texted again and have had no response. I'm sure he does an excellent job & he's a really nice guy, but communication has been poor.
I would highly recommend Marc to anyone for all your detailing needs. I'm VERY particular about who I trust to work on my vehicles and how they are washed. Marc did an amazing job on my initial paint correction and ceramic coating as well as every wash since. He'll take the time to explain everything you would want to know, offer no pressure recommendations, and work with what fits for you and your vehicle. Be careful though, he might actually be more passionate about your well detailed vehicle than you are.
Marc did a fantastic job on all 3 of my vehicles. Perfect communication and meticulous attention to detail. I will be scheduling him to clean my vehicles every year. A+!
