Very bad service, smog retest is not free, when you go for restest they gona tell you to come another time. They not open 8 o clock, they open whenever they want , today they suppose to open 8 0 clock, but someone told me to come back 1230, so I just waste my a lot of time to go to this place. Now have to go to new place for retest smog check and pay again full price.
