I started going to Megan at Every BODY's Fit after trying several other training programs that didn’t work. I stuck to their suggested routines, but I was never able to successfully achieve results. Then, I found Megan and she has adapted my routine to push me to my capabilities. The results are amazing. I have obtained increased strength and weight loss. What the doctors couldn't do, I have achieve the proper exercise and diet. Thanks Megan!!!
Megan is one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated trainers I've ever met. She sets a good example to her clients by pushing and motivating them with fun, challenging and educational workouts. Fitness and health is a lifestyle that Megan not only has a passion for but will incorporate that passion into your life to help you succeed by reaching your goals. I highly recommend her!
I have been with Megan for about three months now and I can't tell you how much of a difference it has made! She has been able to push me and help my improve my stamina and release some stress too...lol I like that she is there with you to push you along the way and not letting you quit. She doesn't let you quit on yourself. These last few months have been great and I can't wait to see in three more months!
