I've been getting a weekly massage for 2 years. Her technique and strength have been consistent the entire time. That isn't easy. Jo-Ellen is a true professional. Jo-Ellen had recommended adding CBD to her massage gel to ease my joint discomfort; but I was reluctant. Silly me. I now use it weekly and my joints are pain free for days.
