I visited this walk-in clinic for a second opinion on hair thinning at the crown, something I’ve never experienced before and that has me quite worried. My first doctor I went to at a different clinic was kind and thorough — they explained it could be stress-related or something else, recommended bloodwork (which I completed), and suggested some helpful next steps. Staff and Dr. Are very professional.
Dr. Osondu has been taking care of me and my children for 9 years. I cannot say enough good things. I can be more complex, and she has always taken me seriously and never given up on figuring out what it would take to make my life better.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. My young son and I were caught in a hailstorm and ran inside so he could quickly use the washroom. Not only were we rudely denied, but staff also refused to offer any information about nearby facilities. The front‑desk team could benefit from some basic training in empathy and an understanding of the health impacts of forcing a child to hold their bladder. Super disappointed.
Love this clinic. Dr. Osondu is great, she takes the time to listen to you and your needs. The receptionist is very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.
