This car wash is crazy good! The very first time I took my car here, I felt like royalty. This is a nice area and I rolled up in my little 2001 Toyota Camry, and everyone was so nice and gave me the exact same attention you'd expect a car wash to give a luxury vehicle. I made a self-deprecating remark about my car and the attendant kindly looked me in the eye and said, "This is a nice car." Felt like he really meant it too. This automatic carwash is pretty decent went a few times there was no damage to car and they dry it pretty well too. However, you have to settle on your prices one time is 20$ another 30$ for the same car. Also when you do free car wash promotion as i have already given all my personal information and number, please explain to your workers about it, so i don't need to explain myself for 5 minutes on where i got it from and if its legit or not, so you don't make ur customers feel like beggars.
Extremely rude employee. Actually told me that he didn't care if I never came back. This was all because I told them that they had not finished drying off my car after I had been signaled that my car was ready. Employee was totally disrespectful & the manager Mateo would not address the issue with the employee. Mateo just apologized for the employee's actions & told me to just ask for him (Mateo), whenever I came in. I use to really love this spot in Cherry Hill. Great car wash. $20 for basic wash- with shiny tires. However, you need to pay to use the vacuum or be a member. No big deal still a super fast efficient wash.
