We have been with them since we moved to Melbourne in 2022. Very happy with the service and support. Staff is always friendly, patient and helpful. Bee (our beloved dog) doesn't mind the visits which is also very important. Thank you! :-)
Great vet - was the most chill my cranky old kitty has ever been at the vet in 14 years! No muzzles, towels, cages or restraints and No biting or scratching from my cat - just a bit of grinning when he got his shot.
All staff are lovely and visits are efficient with admin/emails sent immediately. Phone calls are always dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. Staff genuinely care. Spotless and efficient clinic. Friendly service always.
