I wouldn’t recommend booking with Dr. Jason Arlaud. We recently switched to Evervet Prahran and couldn’t be happier - the vets there are wonderful. Previously, we took our puppy to Evervet South Yarra for his first two vaccinations and unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Dr. Arlaud. Both appointments felt rushed, and during one of them, he stood by the door trying to usher me out just a few minutes into the consult while I was still asking important questions about desexing. Dr Lachlan was so helpful and caring for our excitable puppy Fred. He really went above and beyond to treat Fred who left still wagging his tail, showing Dr Lachlans care and gentle nature. You can tell everyone at Evervet South Yarra is passionate and caring and takes pride in trying to help and support wherever possible.
The staff at Evervet are warm and positive which makes the experience of taking your pet to the vet so assuring. They are well informed and have made us feel as though they truly care for the wellbeing of our pup as much as we do and will do what is best for him and for us.
