Great vet - was the most chill my cranky old kitty has ever been at the vet in 14 years! No muzzles, towels, cages or restraints and No biting or scratching from my cat - just a bit of grinning when he got his shot.
All staff are lovely and visits are efficient with admin/emails sent immediately. Phone calls are always dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. Staff genuinely care. Spotless and efficient clinic. Friendly service always.

I wouldn’t recommend booking with Dr. Jason Arlaud. We recently switched to Evervet Prahran and couldn’t be happier - the vets there are wonderful. Previously, we took our puppy to Evervet South Yarra for his first two vaccinations and unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Dr. Arlaud. Both appointments felt rushed, and during one of them, he stood by the door trying to usher me out just a few minutes into the consult while I was still asking important questions about desexing.
