I truly love my apartment..212. It is very big and comfortable. However, I do have on-going concerns with Heating and AC. It is hard to heat leaving me to purchase a small portable heater. My main issue is with the AC. It doesn't work. I have had several conversations with Brittany but without success. She has provided me with portable AC which works well along with fan. I have given up trying to have it fixed since portable AC is working..I have also turned off main AC unit. Didn't want to continue to run main AC and run up... read more
Brittany Ramey is a very great property manager who loves her job and she always tries her best to help her tenants the best way she can.... for a young lady she does her job and does it good she absolutely is the best

This place is quiet and convenient. Management is friendly and reasonable. I do think each apartment should have garbage disposals and icemakers. Since we are not permitted our own washers and dryers, I don't understand why the furnished laundry room is so expensive. Most of us are on fixed incomes. Also where's the change machine? Keeping enough quarters is a hassle. It would be nice if there were shelves or tables at the entrances.
