Very unprofessional . They came out to give a bid never climbed on the roof to take any measurements he said he would give me a bid in a few days came back in the house about 30 minutes later and noticed my phone had a voicemail and a text message I opened the voicemail and text message and the voicemail was a recording of him accidentally while he was driving up was recording insulting my house when he drove up and said he wasn't going to even do the job then sent a text message by accident saying the same thing.
I had the pleasure of meeting the owner the other day and he was very kind and professional and offers great service. I highly recommend them to you.
They had an A+ BBB rating, with no complaints, and asked for no money down which was all we needed to trust this company with our roof.
