Driver can not follow trafic act
Careful of their work ethics. We had them do up a Quartey schedule where they would come in, clean the condenser, check the roof top and change filters. My staff advised me that Richard was spending over an hour on the roof (No filters changed at this time) and he would just walk around our place, under 2000 sq ft, talk and just loaf around. I went back to our invoices and saw that he was billing us for 5 and 6 hours a visit. I called Larry and got nothing but push back.
Richard was very knowledgeable and resourceful to source replacement parts on a system from the mid 90's, and he got them here in record time. We will call again should the need arise.
