I deleted my original review after speaking with my doctor. The error came directly from the reception staff, i had called 30 mins before my appointment about being a few minutes late and when i arrived they told me the next patient was already in with her and i was only 2 minutes late. Not once did they tell me over the phone or when i got there that my doctor was running BEHIND and the patient before me just went in. Had my appointment booked for 11am which i booked over a month ago, i have been a long time patient of dr.libsch. i have never been late before but today on my hour long drive to see her there was a accident that was causing a delay so i did the responsible thing by calling a full 30 mintues before my scheduled appointment to let her know i would be a few minutes late. This place no longer do X-rays Don’t understand why the Medicentre sent me there. Obviously they haven’t update the information to Medical facilities. Wasted my time and money in cabs. Please update your information also on website so patients don’t waste time and money. Thank you
This was the worst appointment ever. I went after night shift with 2 hours of sleep as i thought it is a specialist appointment, he will be able to identify and help with treatment. But I was disappointed by the level of professionalism displayed during my appointment. The consultation lasted only 3–5 minutes and felt more like an interrogation than a meaningful discussion about my health concerns. Absolutely brutal clinic, the "Radiologist" Dr. Jason Motkoski does not complete reports in a timely manner despite the facility advertising same day reporting. I'm not sure if this guy is even on site to supervise and interpret ultrasounds! I had a major finding missed on my ultrasound at Eversquare (and reported a week late), and had to go to another Radiology clinic, where I was immediately diagnosed, spoke to the Radiologist, and went into the hospital for emergency surgery that day.
