I waited months for an appt. with Dr. Azer and it was rescheduled 3 times due to various reasons. When I finally arrived at the appointment, he was over an hour late, he barged in without introducing himself and started recording on his tablet while asking me very sensitive questions. No one asked for my consent to record the appointment or what I said. Great doctors. Very efficient and caring. Highly recommend. They also do phone call appointments (for certain things) which really helps for when a person is working. Awesome place!
Efficient and effective care at their new location. Booking and check-in was a breeze. My doctor met with me quickly and addressed all my concerns.

That's funny Sheila, because I booked an available appointment, like everyone else, even though it was completely unnecessary to request a document, and the staff became rude as soon as they assumed I was asking for my patient file, which they incorrectly said I was asking for, and apparently aren't smart enough to even realize it's unnecessary, because everything is on Netcare.
