I have tried contacting eversource due to a power outage for the last 5 hours and have gotten no response. 0/10 customer service.
Terrible repair job. I’m trying to call them now to get them back here, but I keep getting a phone out of order message
Thanks for jacking up my latest bill claiming my usage was way up, when I know damn well I used less than previous years.... how this is allowed to continue is beyond me.
Absurd and unreasonable charges. Public benefits charge yet this company makes more than plenty in profits. Pure greed.
