Paid up on a bill have two kids under the age of 4 one is disabled told me they are unable to come out and turn on my power and have no idea when they can. In my opinion. This is a POS company.
Can't pay my bill online, it tells me to call customer service and I've called 5 times today, spoke to two people and they couldn't help me due to their system having issues which I get and all but my power is at risk of being shut off and all I want to do is pay it to avoid that and I apparently can't do that...
paid everything early and finished paying for everything just to move and request for a disconnection and be billed $127 for it??? Excuse me?
Everyone needs to do research on why smart meters are being installed. And we all need to come together. And vote for them to be removed from our houses. Eversource has been screwing us over with overpriced delivery fees that we can never change it. Doesn't matter if you have one light bulb running in your house, and right now with these smart meters, they're trying to find out exactly what you're doing with your electricity. Cost of delivery is almost twice the amount of the actual cost of electricity. This is absolutely criminal. I work full time and am hardly home. Not sure how these delivery charges are justified but Eversource absolutely needs to be investigated this is unacceptable!
