Called to see about a storage unit and was met with a unfriendly and unhelpful response. Was told they don't have any storage units available at this time. Asked if they could recommend a different business as they are full up, to which they "couldn't remember any names". It's frustrating when you're trying to do business with people and they can't give you the time of day.
