Hardly ever answer the phone and they’re not a busy clinic. Need a prescription refilled? Do it yourself because if you don’t or if you don’t continue to call them it won’t be filled. A female “doctor” who has “been there from the beginning” sent me home after I was complaining about my ear and she couldn’t see inside the ear. Two and a half weeks later I came back because although I didn’t have a fever I was in a lot of pain. She literally asked me what I wanted to do….. If they hire a pediatricians for the kids will be a plus all the doctor are nice .

Each and every one of the providers I've seen at this location has been excellent! Each has given me their undivided attention. I have never felt rushed. I've always felt listened to. They've taken my concerns seriously and I've had no problem getting referrals from them. They run on time, so if you're in the habit of being late, don't get upset if they won't squeeze you in. The staff who takes phone calls and does scheduling has always been attentive and friendly. It's been easy to get an appointment same or next week. If y... read more
