I made an appointment for my teenage daughter as a new patient. My daughter and wife arrived early for said appointment to find the office closed locked without a note. We did not receive any notice message or correspondence before or after the appointment. While at the office my wife daughter and I attempted to make contact without success. 48 hours later we haven't been contacted.
It was my first time coming here And My appointment was at 8: 10 . there was a couple different buildings, but none of them said marathon Health so I drove up and down, looking for that and didn’t find it. So There was a building Where GPS said to go That said, Riverside health and Hackensack health systems. The staff at the physical office is great, but MARATHON is a despicable corporation. If there is an unforeseen closure, COMMUNICATE THAT TO YOUR PATIENTS!!!! How are you gonna let people take off work, drive to your office to find locked doors, then have THEM call the customer service number to be informed of the closure. No communication on their end whatsoever. Absolutely ridiculous. Since making the switch from Everside to Marathon, everything has gone downhill. Rapidly.
