I’ve been going to this office for about 3 years. The front desk assistant, Ida, is awesome. Competent and responsive. Sohilla, the NP, is great during the visit, listens attentively and tries to help. However, the follow up with prescription refills is awful. I was prescribed an increased dosage to my medication 3 weeks ago. They still have not gotten it correct. I asked for it to be sent to CVS but it was sent to a previous pharmacy who texted me to let me know they didn’t have it in stock. They then transferred it to CVS ... read more

The NP Sohilla, is was one of the most caring and throrough professionals I've worked with. I highly recommend coming here as the whole process was absolutely wonderful.

This program was marketed as allowing longer visits to truly listen to patient’s needs but that is not the experience my wife had. She was gaslit and dismissed just as everywhere else. At one point being dismissed before being properly examined only for the Dr to have to backtrack. Very disappointed that we didn’t get the care that we hoped for.

This clinic is so disorganized. Came here at the recommendation of a friend. It was back and forth between the clinic and the main number who could schedule me an appointment. After an hour of back and forth and me complaining, someone at the main number was able to finally schedule me an appointment for later in the week. That should've been my first sign to skip this place. On Friday 11/15, the Fair Lawn location was not open when I came for my 8am appointment.
