Eversharp is simply the best. Honestly it's the only place I trust with my knives and I can't tell you how many years it's been thatI've been going there. Their customer service is exemplary. They care about you the customer. It’s' more than the best sharpening service by the best sharpener there is, you get the knowledge of a professional. Sent them 3 knives, one damaged and it was still less than $40 including fixing the chunk out of the one knife. Great job. Will definitely use them again
What an awesome store. Not only will they sell you the knife, they also have in house sharpening of the knives. Tom, Mike and Maddie really have built a great business.
I used this company in 11/2022 as the only N American sharpener listed on the Wusthof site. I reviewed them at the time but my review has apparently been removed. I sent two batches of knives via mail and unfortunately didn’t thoroughly test the first batch upon return before immediately sending the second. The flexible boning knife I have was fairly dull out of the box and this one came back sharper. However the remaining 6 knives I sent over the two batches were returned unquestionably duller.
