Sent them 3 knives, one damaged and it was still less than $40 including fixing the chunk out of the one knife. Great job. Will definitely use them again
What an awesome store. Not only will they sell you the knife, they also have in house sharpening of the knives. Tom, Mike and Maddie really have built a great business.
I used this company in 11/2022 as the only N American sharpener listed on the Wusthof site. I reviewed them at the time but my review has apparently been removed. I sent two batches of knives via mail and unfortunately didn’t thoroughly test the first batch upon return before immediately sending the second. The flexible boning knife I have was fairly dull out of the box and this one came back sharper. However the remaining 6 knives I sent over the two batches were returned unquestionably duller. Great place in the people are great to work with
They fixed a chipped tip on one of my knives and did a great job, but then ruined the geometry on another. I normally sharpen my own knives, but I had recently dropped one and lost the tip. The guy at Eversharp took way too much off near the heel of the knife such that it didn't rest flat in back. The staff was nice and the guy who sharpened them took it back to try and fix the issue but you can't exactly put metal back on, so without removing a lot of material from the knife there wasn't a lot he could do.
