I'd do everything, including leaving my deposit behind (which I've done) NOT to buy form Eversafe. This is the first post of its kind in my entire life.... On the front end, they were great, that's it. I've never been so relieved to leave a meaningful deposit behind and get free from a company.
From start to finish the process was exactly what was promised. I dont have to search for my next bldg i will just call eversafe. Thanks so much for an amazing job....
Paid my deposit for garage including permitting services. City would not issue permit for building. They kept my $2000 deposit. Make sure you have permit in hand before paying deposit.
Omg do not use them. You will get so many conflicting emails from different people and then once you've poured your concrete they suddenly tell you that something they told you was optional isn't actually optional and now they won't install until you do it or reduce your building size. And by the way this is actually Carolina carports reseller so just look up the reviews for that company.
They built a nice two car garage for me and everything went as planned. I plan on using it for years to come. I would recommend then to anyone looking to build a metal buildibg.
