I was lucky enough to come across Evers Realty a few years back and live on Cheshire Rd for a short time. The neighborhood was great! The townhouse was well kept, landscaping always well maintained, and any issues were properly handled in a Very expedited manner. It was such a breath of fresh air to have the property run locally by people who cared, and not have to deal with a large corporation in some other state making decisions. We loved living in the townhomes in Brookville. Great little home, very quiet and clean. Dale and his maintenance staff were always available and any repairs were done promptly. Never had any issues here at all. Thank you for a very pleasant year.
