It’s very sad and disappointed that I didn’t get the service I was hoping. I got the product back, you guys charge me and you didn’t digitalce the whole video, only 14-15minutes when the dvd video last like about 1 hr. I let you guys know about that and didn’t get back to me to see what we can do about it
