Update 06/19/25 Yesterday this company's fire alarm team abruptly started a very loud alarm in my apt (apparently on 2 floors) without first announcing that they were testing. The previous time ( my complaint below) the "testing person" was playing with the fire alarm like a kid. (It is apparent that these fire alarm testing personnel are either unqualified or untrained in doing fire testing). The sudden loud alarm almost caused me a heart attack and completely scared my dog. The worst company. Their alarm testing team with a person by the name of Julie manso was apparently testing the alarm system in our bldg in Brickell. Alarm testing is typically done in about 5-10 mts. This Everon person is running the loud alarm system over and over for over 45 mts, stressing out residents and scaring their pets. It was like some amateurs or kids playing with the alarm system in the whole bdg.
