Called before I went. They told me one thing and it was a totally opposite thing when I got there. Be sure to ask questions thoroughly. The front desk seems incompetent.
3 min late and the staff behind counter couldn't log in and the other was busy chatting with person at counter. I waited at least 5 minutes and was then told I couldn't be seen because I was more than 6 min late and would have to be seen at urgent care which cost more money. I have been a patient with cigna/evernorth for years but not any more. I can't count how many times I'm early for an appointment and get called late
