Every time I come in the office everyone is always very friendly, fast and efficient.
The doctor was good but the process of getting prescriptions or even being able to relay information to a nurse or doctor is a NIGHTMARE. Speaking to a nurse or doctor is impossible. You are sent to a call center who “leaves a message” which is never reviewed or responded to. Took over 2 months to get a prescription sorted out. Horrible horrible communication that is constantly not answered or incorrectly relayed to nurses and doctors.
Doctors and staff are extremely considerate and caring of my ailments and problems. They give me plenty of time to discuss what they find during their thorough examination. Many of the tests ordered are taken care of locally within the building. I've recommended this facility to my family and friends.
