Rented from this company a few years ago and everything went smooth til I found out by the home inspector that showed up that the home was being sold. I had less than 60 days to move.They never told me I had to contact them to see what was gong on. Never saw the home advertised as being sold after they gave me some bogus link that it would be listed on. I do know I can complained about the bathroom that they repaired. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use Evernest as your property management company. And do not rent from Evernest. This company is absolutely horrifc. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Let me walk you through my experience as a renter from them: The first few months were fine and we had no issues...until our last month there when we decided to break our lease because we couldn't spend another minute in the house managed by Evernest. I do not recommend this company. Upon move in on Fillmore Street, it was not professionally cleaned. phone books in the bottom cabinet as well as trash left by previous owner (including but not limited to beer cans/beer bottles/rotting food, etc. old hygiene products in the bathroom. Yard not maintained. covered in leaves. Living areas were terrible. Now they are trying to charge me for it to be professionally cleaned and things to be fixed that were found damaged upon move in.
