When our property was with My House Inc. they would try to work with the tenants. Evernest has bought them out and is VERY clearly for the property owners ONLY. all of their communication specifics that their "strategies" to renew leases are based on property owner needs, not the tenants which is frustrating. I left a message and hope they call back or I will stop by their office to voice my complaint regarding the security deposit itemized deductions. These people cannot be serious! I have a video of how clean the apartment when move out was completed. A lot more issues need to be addressed but will save them for the in person conversation.
