If I could give Evernest zero stars, I would. They have been incredibly unprofessional. Their communication is terrible. The turnover at the company is so fast that my resident coordinator has changed multiple times in several months. They never let us know that someone new is handling our account, but when I call they say "oh that coordinator doesn't work here anymore." My experience with Evernest has been the WORST property managers I've ever dealt with. I am a property owner who has been using Evernest, based on a referral from my previous property manager. They have been very unresponsive. The lead person I deal with is always somebody different. Their pick of tenants has been a disaster, and the time to fill a vacancy has been awful as well. They have let everything get into disarray with inadequate communication.

These people will take advantage of you anyway possible. Shoved a $220 late fee down my throat for less than a 24-hour late payment caused by an administrative error. They never fully addressed the filthy property condition at time of occupancy, and I expect they will try and swindle me on deposit as well. High end property in Birmingham, AL!

Unfortunately we are having a bad experience with this company. They could not finish underwriting process for 2 weeks and I dont know how much more we will have to wait. Our 3 children are being disadvantages because they cannot go to their schools. They also asked for an extra security deposit from us which is $1495 + $1495. They answer our emails very late. They don't care about people.
