Impossible to get a hold of. Call every day with an urgent billing issue, but they refuse to communicate. Took a week to respond with 1 email that contradicted what the clerk keeps saying on the phone. nothing ever happens to help. Trying to charge us over $300 beyond our contracted amount. Don't rent from this company.
I regretted doing business with this horrible company due to poor communication and unfulfilled promises. Initially the company seemed friendly and even picked up phone calls even on weekends, once the contract was signed, communication can be answered only once a week and they took 2 months and still haven’t found any tenants.There were two women named Sybil and Divine, they reached out to me and promised to handle my property and find a tenant quickly. Ramon came and fixed my plumbing issue with ease. He was very professional and I hope you realize what a quality team member you have in Ramon.
Email only communication weekdays from 8am-5pm. Worst experience trying to lease a property I've ever had. I clearly communicated to the half human half bot I was emailed that my lease ran out end of April and I needed a new place quickly. He kept making me resubmit valid documents. The best part? I got approved! At 9am on the 1st, when I was already moving into a different place. Would recommend anyone BUT Evernest
