Worst install over ever experienced. It takes less time to remodel an entire room than to figure out this stair system. You can build a better stair rail from scratch. Don't give these silly engineers and their pointless degrees any credit or time. These rails were designed by someone who's probably never owned a drill or got their hands dirty.
I recently purchased and installed some unfinished pine treads... After staining and finishing, they turned out beautiful... The value of this product was amazing... thanks
I am very grateful I picked Evermark to shop for the Stair parts that I needed. Not only do the Newel posts I purchased look great but they assisted me in finding me extra trim needed that I could not find anywhere else. My trim was damaged from my dog directly after the install and I was very upset to say the least but Evermark took that burden off my shoulders. Thank you customer service!
