I have called this apartment complex maybe 8-9 times now. I have emailed them 4 times, all over the course of the past two months. Still not a single email or call back. It seems they do not have a single person working in this leasing department. If there customer service is this bad just trying to talk to them I can’t imagine how bad they are as property managers. Save yourself the time and don’t even reach out. You won’t get a call back if you do.

Best part about the development are the men who work for the development, maintaining it. The “Property Manager - Darshi” is not pleasant, nor anything other than a robot. When asked to escalate a problem to her superior, she refuses and ignores. I have asked on numerous occasions to speak with her boss, and she has “denied my request” twice no less, and does not help the tenants. This is no longer the Segal and Segal property in any way. This is unacceptable customer services —- $3,000 up for a one-bedroom not redone.

Super helpful staff. Mike and Dansha are very accommodating and on top of their game. I had a small leak and called the main office. Darshi immediately dispatched Mike who explained to me the situation and an step by step process of how it would be repaired. Thanks again! Edited for spelling.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Management is very unprofessional and unresponsive. Their prices are way too high for the services they provide. They charged us almost $600 for the amenities during Covid when nothing was even open. They charged us for something in the apartment that the previous tenant installed. I could go on, but I am sure you get the point.
