Great customer service and I'm happy with the results! Thanks Hadil! ---- edit: the place is closing down and although I paid for 3 sessions, no one is responding on my calls or reimbursing the 2 unused sessions
I went there once for a full body session and it was quick and a good experience so I booked another session the following month. When I showed up, the place was locked and phone number was disconnected?
I went for a consultation, and they were thorough but I find the staff is somewhat unprofessional with their logistics. They rarely answer calls so booking an appointment was troublesome. And when I got there for my appointment, the shop was closed. I called several times and was told that the door won't open until an hour later becsuse they had an issue with it. It would've been much appreciated if they communicated with customers and informed them beforehand or cancelled the appointment.
