Ben, with Neal Signature Homes, was an excellent resource! He went out of his way to even look up some of the finishes in one of the model homes that I really loved. Ben is extremely knowledgeable about the homes and their products and was a pleasure to work with. Everly is a lovely neighborhood with majority of custom home and beautiful amenity center on a large lake! It is a smaller, peaceful, beautiful neighborhood that seems to be the gem of Wellen Park!
Beautiful location & amenities, love the pool area! Like an oasis with the pool & lakes. Great proximity to Venice Beach & Sharky’s on the Pier & Sarasota & Tampa for when you want to get away for the day, but come home to a tranquil environment. Ask for Ben Doherty! Extremely knowledgeable & professional customer service!
This place is beautiful. The club house and pool are clean and well kept. People there in the community are super friendly. I know it's new, but they made me feel very welcomed.
Sarah had a discussion with me about the neighborhood when I had questions, she was very thorough and knows the market well . Highly recommend her
