The property manager was very helpful and accommodating although I was late for my tour and worried I wouldn't get to see the property. I enjoyed viewing the property and will definitely apply. The price per square foot coupled with what they offer compared to other area properties was unmatched.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and honesty from the leasing staff. From the very beginning, I was misled about availability, pricing, and specials. Important details were either withheld or glossed over, and only after signing the lease did I find out that I am responsible not only for my own utilities, but also for the building’s (Everly’s) utilities. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment community. My car was wrongfully towed by Level 1 Towing in January 1 2026, even though I am a resident and had my valid parking pass clearly displayed inside my vehicle. I have lived here for over two years, which makes this situation even more upsetting. To make matters worse, the leasing office was closed, so I had no way to get immediate help or clarification.
