I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment community. My car was wrongfully towed by Level 1 Towing in January 1 2026, even though I am a resident and had my valid parking pass clearly displayed inside my vehicle. I have lived here for over two years, which makes this situation even more upsetting. To make matters worse, the leasing office was closed, so I had no way to get immediate help or clarification. Wonderful apartments
Staff was very helpful but to charge handicapped people 69.00 a month to park???
After touring two terrible complexes just down the street, I stopped by The Everly with low expectations—and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of service, the community atmosphere, and the overall upkeep were all impressive. It was truly a night-and-day difference from my previous tours. Update: I’ve been here 2 years and it’s still the best place! Love the community team and staff. Being at the Everly has been the best living experience I have had in my adult life. I recommend it all. The staff is so warm and attentive. You will not regret it!
