The Everly is a great place to live. The leasing office staff are friendly and courteous. I enjoyed the luxurious space and all the amenities. If you're looking to lease an apartment in the Largo / Upper Marlboro area, then I highly recommend you check out the Everly -- 10 of 10!!!
My move in experience at the Everly was nothing short of magnificent. Ashley is a superb leasing specialist. She definitely goes the extra mike and is exemplary in her superior work ethic. For instance, she highlighted a map of the property for me explaining the ins and outs of parking. Ashley excels at attention to detail. Service request was finished immediately upon notification, Mr William who service my concern was very professional and finish installing my freezer light bulb within minutes
Maintenance Tech Will was very nice and helpful. I put my ticket in late Monday night and the maintenance tech was there the next morning to address my issues. Maintenance staff is great 10/10!
