Would give ZERO stars if I could. I've been trying to get Everlights to come fix our lights for about a year now. EL support says contact the installer. The installer will NOT call us back after numerous calls and TXTs. We currently have lights that won't turn off, lights that won't come on, and a string about 15ft long that flicker as if there's a short. We're afraid to even turn them on anymore for fear of a fire.
Bulldog Solutions installed our lights. We were very happy with how they turned out.
My Everlights worked great for a year and our now malfunctioning just in time for the holidays and of course they can't come out and fix them for almost a month. Very disappointing that we have to go more than half the holiday season without lights.
Our experience with Everlights was great! The team was very knowledgeable and got our house ready for all holidays and celebrations! Editing review… since my first post giving them a 5 star, I would give a zero star. We have had nothing but problems with Everlights. We installed in Feb 2024 and have had Everlights out 2 times to service and for the last 7+ weeks our lights have not worked other than this one tiny strip and we have been waiting on service to show up. The initial setup of the lights went fairly well. The lights were down some, but Everlights took care of the issues in an acceptable amount of time and made the needed repairs in what I would deem the "off season" being spring, so we were content with the product and responsiveness regarding issues. More recently we were away for Labor Day and 9/11, and our app showed that we were able to set colors and display lights on these dates, but we were not aware that they did not work until conversing with our neighbors later in th... read more
