Probably the strangest and wildest interview I have ever been to. The amount of rules this lady repeatedly told me. & she kept telling me they will pop up on you while at the clients home to “make sure your where you’re supposed to be” like what oh and they make the night shift check in the app every 15 mins apparently. All while offering minimum wage I was actually offered the job but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I’ve been here for a year. In the beginning, it was great working here then things became inconsistent so if inconsistency is what you’re looking for then the job is for you and another thing is don’t get PREGNANT because then they will not give you clients which means no hours!!! They don’t want you to qualify for leave Discrimination at its best! Update: since I’ve written this review, they haven’t given me any clients

This job would be fine if Kathy weren’t the manager. Kathy is rude, condescending, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From personal experience she has allowed caregivers to be bullied, mistreated, and verbally abused by clients and their families, seemingly to avoid losing them. When concerns are raised, she says it “comes with the job.” It doesn’t, it comes with bad leadership. After my uncle passed away 6 years ago, I have been the sole caregiver for my aunt. As she ages, her needs are changing and this girl needs a break! EverLight came in to assess her needs with care and dignity. When the assessment was over it felt like this huge weight was lifted and help was on the way! Caregiving can be challenging for the family and this is the best solution! Thank you for holding high standards and providing excellent care!
