Everleigh was not on my radar but after an impromptu visit and a tour with Valencia, I weighed out my options/facts and moved on to an application because it made sense for the next chapter of my life. Thie noise level is horrible and so loud. When you complain to management they ask you not to complain and problem is not addressed. The solution was you can pay movers to move again when I just moved in a month ago or call police. The neighbors above me are stomping and banging until midnight and starts again at 4am and very little quiet time in my own home. It actually is very sad that I have had to go to my vehicle and sit to concentrate on a work assignment when paying over 2k a month due to the extreme noise. When I tur... read more
Finally found an over-55 community that lives up to the ‘active’ promise. More flashing lights than my 70s disco days! Highly recommend if you like your retirement with a side of adrenaline!
