Kay was pleasant and friendly and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I completed my purchase by phone and couldn't make it to the shop to see the plant, so Kay sent me some pictures to be sure I was satisfied. Truly excellent service. I will make Everlasting Memories my go-to florist from now on.
I happened upon this small business and I couldn't be happier about the service I received. I was calling from out of state and gave minimal instructions on what I was looking for. This kind woman named Kay made my order her #1 priority. She made absolutely certain we were on the same page and even offered to go out of her way and pick up a personalized card for me.
